Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Spath Jewelers merchandise, we are here to help. Contact us and
we will do our best to make it perfect. Spath Jewelers will generally honor exchanges 2 weeks from date
of purchase in original, unworn condition. This does exclude any Customized product or loose diamonds.

Warranty
Products purchased from Spath Jewelers are all backed with a one-year warranty covering all
manufacturer’s defects. Our jewelry will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary
consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. We take such pride in our
jewelry that we will make any necessary repairs or replacements at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions include discounted black box items, Estate Case pieces, for additional exceptions see a Sales
Associate for details.

Discounted Items or Estate Case Pieces
Discounted items (For example our black box specials) or Estate Case Jewelry are sold in a “as is”
condition and not covered under traditional Spath Jewelers warranty.

Pandora Rose and Shine Jewelry Collection
Pandora jewelry has a one-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. However, in regards to their
Pandora Rose or Shine collection it is normal for the finishes to wear off over time. This is considered
part of normal wear and tear and not covered under warranty.

WHY ISN’T ALL OF OUR IN-STORE MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE ONLINE?
There are a several reasons - some designers do not allow us to sell their merchandise online, and others that do
allow us, we’re continuously adding more product every day! If there’s something you didn’t see and are specifically

Jewelry Repair
All the best services under one roof. Proper repair and maintenance of your jewelry is essential to get the most out of
it and make sure it lasts a very long time. We have an impressive team of professionally trained specialist that are
ready for the task. Spath Jewelers offers a full-service jewelry department, even featuring new limited laser
technology, rather than traditional torch methods. We specialize in fixing, what other people say can’t be done.

Jewelry Repair Warranty
Spath Jewelers Repairs are guaranteed up to One year, from date of delivery, on work specifically performed by our
in-house jewelers. With the exception of the following: Glued Items, Enameling, Loss of any prong set stone that has
three or less prongs to the design, Thin chains for example Singapore style, hollow jewelry of any kind. If there was no
charge issued to tighten or clean jewelry, we do not warranty stones against loss. We only guarantee ring sizes for 60
days from delivery date of ring.
