I had a great experience working with Kayla. She helped me out with my scheme to secretly fix my granddad’s broken ring as a surprise, including helping me convince him to try on rings “just for fun!” in a ruse to get his size. Throughout the repair process, I felt that Kayla was very mindful of protecting the ring given its sentimental value. She was very transparent about the repair process and its pricing, including discussing the possible issues that could come up and making sure I was aware of potential changes to pricing should those occur. She also assured me that they would wait for my approval before doing any work that would increase the cost. In the end, the technician was able to repair the ring with no issues! I can’t even see any indication that the ring was ever broken. Plus, the repair was finished earlier than expected. I can see why my grandma went here for so many years!

We had such a wonderful experience buying our ring for the first time from this store! Sara was incredibly kind and attentive—she really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect ring in time for our flight. We were celebrating a special moment by renewing our vows, and the beautiful rings made it even more meaningful. This was our first purchase from the store, but it definitely won’t be our last. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been customers of Spath Jewelers for several years. The selection of of both new, and estate jewelry is first rate, and the ladies that work there are not only extremely helpful,but also very knowledgeable. We don't go to any other jewelry store!!
